Current- REVIEW AND PROVIDE QUALITY ASSURANCE FEEDBACK ON CALL, CHAT /EMAIL REVIEWS COMPLETED BY INTERNAL STAFF
- FOLLOW QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SCOPE OF WORK
- FIND ROOT CAUSE FOR ERRORS AND PREPARE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PLANS TO CLOSE THE SAME
- PRESENT REVIEWS ON TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE
- PROVIDE COACHING / FEEDBACK FOR TEAM MEMBERS
- PUBLISH DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS
