As a Principal at Promontory Financial Group, I serve as an independent reviewer for large-scale Culture, Governance, and Accountability uplift programs at two of Australia's Big 4 banks and the NSW workers' compensation insurer. My responsibilities include assessing entity actions to address uplift program milestones, observing various forums and executive committee meetings, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
