in a small 44 seat intimate restaurant, providing the only such experience for guests of Silverstar Mountain, responsibilities included a very close interaction and close communication with a small staff and Executive chef to ensure a seamless guest dining experience, staffing, restaurant set/up for regular and pre booked parties and close of the day.

Serving at the busiest restaurant in Silverstar Mountain meant a personal requirement of organizational ability to maintain the guest's experience, in a high volume, fast turnover environment. As bartender in a single person bar and well there was a need to maintain bar and food service over the bar and a fast paced well.

As part of a founding staff responsibilities included establishing a professional bar with a high volume output of well service and a 15 seat food and service bar, while serving was both a combination of fast paced lunch turnover and of a warm dinner atmosphere.
