Led group of interdisciplinary students, faculty, and club officers through the Human Centered Design process to develop Rensselaer Polytechnic Institutes first ethically-minded "career fair". JobFest is a student-driven career fair hosted on Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s campus that focuses on recruiting companies following ethical practices, especially those benefiting our planet and front line communities.

As president, I teach Design For America's Human Centered Design process to RPI college students from all disciplines and facilitate its use for social change. Since becoming president, the organization has grown over 60%, partnered with Proctor and Gamble, the Flexible Film Recycling Group of the American Chemistry Council, the Troy Boys and Girls Club, The Troy Recycling Coordinator and more. Within my first semester as president, I was able to develop our first interdisciplinary, 6 person, faculty advisory board for project team and officer guidance. I also co-created an undergraduate research project within the scope of our teams' work such that our members, for the first time, can get credit for what once was a purely extracurricular commitment.

Engineering intern at world's first autonomous hydrogen powered passenger drone company. Oversaw engineering projects with full and contract staff. Designed and implemented fully operational air delivery system. Found and implemented 30% weight reduction in coolant system. Developed on-boarding document for all new employees. Designed and implemented company Test Plan and Test Report. Collected and analyzed test flight log data. Communicated findings to executive level.

Volunteering at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. The Sanctuary operates several distinct initiatives in their mission to build a more just world using art, media, and creativity as our tools.

My job roles included but were not limited to:- Developing an understanding of the product development process- Participating in team meetings and multidisciplinary design reviews to help evaluate products for safety and reliability compliance- Developing a working knowledge of industry regulations and standards for toys and games- Documenting product testing requirements; reviewing test results/data - Compiling consumer complaint data and reviewing returned products. Supporting implementation of corrective actions when necessary.- Developing training documents for future Co-Ops successful transitions into the position- Re-designing the returns process within the QA department - Interacting daily with Product Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams - Participating in Hasbro’s Engineering Product Innovation Co-op Challenge (EPIC Challenge). This is a bi-annual event where co-ops work in teams to bring an idea for a Hasbro product to concept stage. This includes presenting the idea to business partners at various checkpoints in the process and prototyping the concept for presentation at the executive level.

Developed training manual for take-out robot (3-axis Yudo) for other interns. Learned operating procedure for Fanuc arm robots. Studied assembly lines, safety procedures, human machine interaction, and an overall analysis of cost effectiveness of a new system vs. human workers in automation design through following current projects.
