Responsible for the investigation, envisioning, planning and delivery of highly desirable livable, sustainable masterplanned urban communities and large scale urban developments which optimize profit and returns to the company. Projects included Bella Vista Waters (600 lots, $300M), Mulgoa Rise (600 lots, $220M), Beaumont Rise (168 lots, $60M), Norwest Business Park (150ha)

Responsible for all aspects of the Minto Renewal Project (now One Minto) including delivery of Council Approved Masterplan, Joint Venture Project Delivery Arrangements and co-ordination of the Department of Housing Activities during the planning, relocation and demolition stages. One Minto covers the redevelopment of an existing 1,000 home Public Housing Estate and the building of a new revitalised community.

Responsible for management of Taylor Woodrow’s NSW Developments (2,500 lots at Harrington Park and 500 lots at Highcroft Estate, Dapto).
