About Cam Nielsen

Cameron began his career in Southern California as a member of high caliber teams at storied consumer tech brands like HP, Polk Audio, & Altec Lansing. While at Polk, Cameron was a key contributor to successful strategies and products across a diverse range of categories including personal audio, gaming, smart home, home theater, wearables, and more. Notable contributions include the innovative Polk Xbox One gaming headphones which sold 40,000 units at month 1 launch, and the compact Magnifi Mini sound bar system which has been a staple at Best Buy retail for an unheard of 5+ years.Cameron joined Ooblec Design Studio in late 2016 as partner and US team lead with the mission to master design strategy consulting. In the past three years, Ooblec has helped startups and established companies alike to successfully launch dozens of product lines and brands.Cam is also currently actively developing several direct-to-consumer product-based brands and businesses, living the D2C Ecommerce startup life along with his clients. The first of these is Haven, launched in 2021
