Responsibilities include product quality verification and conducting First Article Inspections (FAI), tools and equipment used include, IM-7020 Keyence visual measurement system (learned to create inspection programs using the built-in software), coordinate measurement system (CMM), Micro-Vu, and Magna-Mic. Designed inspection equipment and tested the functionality of new products using Solid Works 2018, and 3D scope (3D printing software). Additional engineering department roles; training quality assurance staff in measurement procedures (how to use the IM-7020) , inventory management using Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS), Manufacturing Execution System (IQMS MES), and conducted pFMEA’s and on new jobs.

Main responsibilities: Design an excel database with a team of other contractors for the future use of Snow Software. This position had a heavy focus on team-related work and project management. Due to the thousands of piece of data and information that needed to be filtered, everyone on the team made a priority to help each other while also keeping up with their own roles. The position required working on the weekends, and a deep commitment to focusing on the project, due to the sensitivity of the information, you could not slack off on your phone during work hours. From the time of arrival a 6:00 am to lights out at 6:00 pm the team's focus was on the project.

Main responsibilities: Drafting engineering drawing, Writing engineering portfolios ITC, oil and gas contractor for BP who works out of plants and other projects that BP is involved in. During my time there I work with the engineering drafting team overseeing those projects. A typical work day for me would be taking 20-30 engineering drawings correcting any an all gd&t mistakes and redrawing it myself if necessary. Upon finishing the drawing correction I would place those drawings into there related project portfolios write a detailed report on the part requirements for the piece and send those off to other contractors working on the same project.
