Member of executive management team for this global contract research business, reporting directly to President of MDS Pharma Services, with 10 direct reports in Canada, US, and Europe. Responsible for HR and culture integration of 20 acquired companies, with operations in more than 20 countries, into a consolidated global service operation of 4,500 scientific and operational employees, generating US$500M in revenue. Member of enterprise-wide executive HR Council, responsible for strategy and policy setting in organization development, functional Lean Sigma and process improvement opportunities, executive compensation, and leadership development. Senior level responsibilities have also included Employee Communications, Environment Health and Safety, and Business Continuity Planning.

Relocated from Toronto, Canada to Lincoln, Nebraska to manage the organization integration issues associated with this newly acquired family-run pharmaceutical research business. Reporting to President of MDS Harris, responsibilities included all aspects of the Human Resources and Organization Development portfolio for 800 staff in the United States and Europe.

Joined newly created corporate Organization Dynamics team, reporting to corporate Executive Vice President of Organization Dynamics. Specific responsibilities included human resource planning, executive development, strategic staffing, corporate divestitures, acquisition and executive orientation.

Reporting to Vice President and General Manager of the largest provider of diagnostic services in Canada, was responsible for organizational change, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, relocation support, policy and payroll adminstration. Responsibilities also included HR leadership and support for software and robotic systems development arm of MDS, including five full system joint venture installations in North America.

Reporting to Director of Operations, was responsible for all operational activities of this $32M business unit, providing clinical diagnostic services to 350 physicians and over 120,000 annual patient visits. Responsibilities included revenue growth and retention, bottom line EBITDA performance, customer service, and operations effectiveness. Regional operations included 250 staff in 15 locations.
