Responsible for consumer loan document preparation and processing. Perform quality control activities as related to Loan Operations. Contact members to advise of missing documents that are required to complete their loan process. Speak with members and complete the TIL disclosure process. Complete additional duties as assigned.Major Duties and Responsibilities;-Process and complete quality control review on all loan documents.-Verify the accuracy of all information in the LOS system.-Contact members to complete TIL disclosure and advise of any missing documents.-Follow up with CU employees and members to ensure timely funding of each loan file.-Update LOS for all disbursement and information based on the loan file.-Assist members with inbound requests for title, credit, application, payoff, payment procurement, book values, loan rates and other possible inquiries. -Maintain a records system and procedures to monitor that the required documentation is dated, received, maintained, and prepared for optical accurately and according to Credit Union policies and procedures.-Cross-sell products and services when appropriate.

I respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone call to answer questions on a wide variety of subjects concerning the product we represent. I must be fully knowledgeable in the product performance, functionality and parts as I routinely answer technical questions on how to operate, troubleshoot and fix a product. If no fix is available I process the item for return or repair and send the client the shipping information to get the product back to the company.
