I implemented the Global Trade Marketing area for both brands, enabling the launch and relaunch of products as well as marketing and trade campaigns that strengthened their presence in strategic markets.I contributed to the profitable growth of global businesses by developing the Mundo Tigre Nurturing Program, which enhanced brand loyalty across multiple markets. I also led the creation of country-specific websites and YouTube channels, transforming them into essential tools for customers, sales teams, and consumers. Furthermore, I designed and implemented a digital platform to interact with over 5,000 clients, fostering closer relationships, streamlined communication, and support for quality surveys.Among the key achievements, I excelled in the complete rebranding of the brand in Peru following two strategic acquisitions, which included the inauguration of a new plant and the consolidation of the brand for internal and external audiences. This effort repositioned the new brand, Tigre Perú, as a premium reference in the local market, strengthening its presence and reputation. Another milestone was the development of the Tigre-ADS corporate website, which reached over 6,000 monthly visits, representing a significant 1,900% increase compared to the previous average.

I supported units in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and exports to Central America and Africa.I led the development and execution of the first Strategic Planning for the joint venture, providing clarity in information and support for Board decision-making. I implemented the Marketing area, non-existent until 2013, creating goals, indicators, budget, database, technical materials, visual identity, and registering 200 active clients, which strengthened commercial approach with structured support.I developed and implemented processes and tools covering Communication, Training, Relationship Management, Market Intelligence, Campaigns, Press, Digital Media, and Events, consolidating the Tigre-ADS brand in the market. I also created the first company website in Brazil and Chile and structured sales and product indicators, such as payback, performance, and contribution margin, enabling more precise analysis of commercial actions.
