Camila is a Communication and Marketing professional who has built a solid journey and extensive experience in Advertising for over 20 years. Started her career offline, in Salvador, a fact that added a greater awareness of diversity.Upon returning to Sao Paulo, still young, accepted the challenge of expanding an activation agency to a larger, more complex and competitive market. This experience ensured several learnings in leadership and business. In the Orkut era, Camila decided to play in Digital and she looked for an opportunity at the F.biz agency and that's how she developed experiences in digital platforms, technology and media.She has strategically lead brand projects with Brazilian and multinational companies, such as: Adidas, Allianz, Claro, C&A, Embratur, Febraban, Grupo Zanchetta, Hipercard, Infraero, Itaú-Unibanco, Intuit, Labi, Natura, Panini, Philips, Santander, Unicef, Unilever, Pernambucanas, Sodexo, Walita, WebMotors, and others.For 9 years, she has been a Partner and CEO of iD\TBWA, an agency focused on creativity linking technology, data and performance in a disruptive and innovative way. In addition to the general leadership of the agency with a special focus on client relationships, talent management and interactions with TBWA and Omnicom Group, she is now exploring new markets with a presence in the United States. She is always focused on the next transformation that will add value to brands and businesses.She is also an angel investor, mentor to entrepreneurs and startups, and a columnist for ProXXIma - Meio & Mensagem. Camila's purpose is to encourage the development of female leaders, being one of the few in the advertising universe, a commitment that has already earned her the title of Women To Watch in 2021.
