Responsible for WeWork's external communications, media and institutional relations in Brazil. Lead the company's launch comms efforts upon its arrival in the country, in 2017. Responsibilities:• Deepen the brand and product awareness in the market through local earned media, positioning WeWork as a leading and trusted source of information in the industry• Establish WeWork as an influential civic stakeholder and protect business interests through government and institutional relations• Manage day-to-day press relations (proactive pitching, reactive handling)• Draft press briefings, talking points, runs of show, and media advisories• Develop and pursue opportunities to position WeWork executives as thought leaders in key areas such as future of work, workplace solutions, design, real estate and others• Serve as a key liaison across departments, ensuring consistency and standards for communications reaching internal and external audiences• Partner with the local People team to own the company's internal communications efforts in the country• Build and maintain a member (client) directory, constantly seeking related press opportunities • Work hand to hand with WeWork’s marketing and social media teams to build content and brand collateral for local and regional 360 media campaigns

Full-spectrum of Uber's day-to-day media relations, including response to relevant articles, narratives, and direct proactive and reactive media outreach. • Relationship building with top-tier and tech-focused journalists and key opinion leaders (on a national and regional level)• Support on product/service launch in cities all over the country (over 40 launches within the period)• Issues management• Mentoring of junior team members on media and client relations• Support on the execution and measurement of media strategies

Responsible for creating and executing strategic communications and brand awareness initiatives to promote the Brazilian Footwear Industry and its main companies internationally, thus contributing to exports increase in target markets.• External PR agency management in China, United States, Germany, Russia, Italy and Colombia• Influencer relations' management and event planning and execution - serving as a press spokesperson on behalf of the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association at international trade shows• Content creation and editing (articles, press releases, blog posts, website copy, newsletters, etc.)• Coordination of global and local social media content strategies

• Deployment and implementation of integrated communications strategies for the Company’s CSR and Trade Marketing areas, enhancing earned media volumes by over 40% in a year basis• Definition of company's key messages and creation of Q&A documents to support high level executives in events and press interviews• Crisis and issues management• Media relations with top-tier Brazilian and international media outlets• Social media content and strategy planning, user interaction and brand monitoring• Project lead on the launch of the Company’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube), including the development of the Social Media Guide for Employees and Editorial Guidebook• Support on the coordination of the Company’s digital and PR agencies• Monthly measurement and report of Gerdau’s Social Media Index and Press Index• Budget management for the Communications area
