• Designing a rechargeable 4-wheeled Agri-tech robot capable of automatically maneuvering crops and exterminating weeds • Applied principles from computer vision (image denoising, image filtering, Hough Line transform) with Python & OpenCV to create a crop row detector and combined this software with motor-driver PID control for autonomous navigationThe UBC AgroBot team will be building a fully autonomous robot capable of analyzing its environment and performing targeted farming tasks to minimize the amount of chemicals used and disruptions in the soil. We hope to raise interest in modern agriculture and its possibility for application of advanced robotics, machine learning, image recognition, artificial intelligence and much more. This project will be competing in the 2020 agBot challenge at Purdue University.

• Designed schematics and multi-layer PCBs on Altium using high-speed design principles for testing the Kardium Globe AF Ablation system• Selected parts and designed CAD models & drawings of electrical assemblies
