I am responsible for scheduling all residential crews on jobs for the day which includes time on the job as well as travel time. In addition, I create and submit all work orders and purchase orders for the company. I also price jobs to include our margin as well as installation charges while working closely with our vendors. Daily, I receive products that come into our office from our vendors. Not only do I handle accounts receivable, but I also assist in collections when necessary. I place orders within QuickBooks, collect funds from customers, create deposit and/or invoice accounts and advise on product type for their needs. I frequently run reports to determine balances due and/or status report on jobs and production by employee. Furthermore, I handle all resume submissions, perform phone interviews, schedule face to face interviews, and assist in making the final decision in the hiring process. Also of importance, I monitor our ratings on social media sites and handle objections.

With Aflac, I provided supplemental insurance to business owners to offer to their employeesand educated all employees and employers on AFLAC and how it would work in their case. Ifurther serviced all of my accounts as well as other associates accounts every year, and if needbe, whenever they call me for assistance. I had a closing ratio of 5 appointments out of 20 coldcalls whereby 4 out of the 5 became accounts and was top in the District in number of accountsopened and maintained 2 nd within the District for Annualized Premium dollars sold out of 40-60agents Along with the sales part of this position, I also hired, recruited and trained mymanagement team.

While here I performed such duties as assist with handling customers’ overdraft charges and selladditional products. I performed weekly calls and mail information to customers. I createdbrochures and flyers to entice prospective clients while in compliance with Federal regulationsand provided motivation techniques with sales goals weekly to coworkers during meetings.Repeatedly I received recognition for quality of work and sales exceeding expectations as Iconsistently met sales goals for all years of employment: In 2008, referrals of $22,262.35 andaveraged 18 sales per month in 2008.
