- Program Management and Infrastructure Projects structuring Networks and Security at Grupo Globo. - Financial planning and control (CAPEX and OPEX). - Supplier contract management: Request and analysis of commercial / technical proposals, purchase requisition via ERP, activity planning, control of material / human resources and payment management. - Management of changes in production of high complexity: Planning, analysis of impact and risk, negotiation of window with the parties involved, communication, execution of executive and technical committees and coordination of the implementation. - Executive presentations and reports to the PMO, via the Project Management tool. - Management of high performance teams: IT and OT. Main Programs and Projects: - Network and Security Integration Program: Migration of FW in production for a new technological solution and adaptation of the security architecture in the concept of zones and sub-zones. Migration of network architecture from the conventional model to Spine & Leaf (ACI). Implementation of the new network architecture colors and logical contexts according to the business layer. - Project LGPD (General Law for the Protection of Personal Data). - Reliability Program: Elaboration of an action plan and its implementation, guarantees the environment's trust: Reliability by Design (physical and logical aspects), Engagement (Projects, support, operation and customers) and Processes (Documentation and procedures). Execution of simulations, to attest a confidence of the implanted infrastructure, as: Contingency test of the ASRs, Edge FWs and Production Center of TV Globo RJ. - MVD42 Program: Consolidation of Grupo Globo's security devices and licenses. - MVD30 Program: Consolidation of Grupo Globo's security tools. - New Access Architecture for Grupo Globo Users.

- Responsible for the management and prioritization of projects in the area of ​​Corporate IT Infrastructure of Embratel, Claro and NET, carrying out the proper planning and conducting the same end-to-end, using as criteria the current scenario, necessary infrastructure, business impact, scope, time and cost, in line with the Group's objectives with a focus on the Client, be it internal or external. - Conduct a feasibility study of the project, internalization of sizing for the definition of physical and logical architecture, aiming to quantify the necessary IT infrastructure and ensure its implementation.- Realization of analysis and defense of projects investment. - Management of internal teams (Systems, Architecture, Production, Monitoring, Information Security, Networks, Engineering and others) and contracts with internal and external suppliers.- Planning, analysis of business impact, defense in the Committee of Changes and conduction of maintenance windows of implementation of projects.- Training of new Infrastructure Project Managers in the area processes: Process end-to-end, artifacts, tools, roles and responsibilities.- Participation in the unification of the processes, artifacts and tools of the area of ​​Infrastructure Projects Management of the three companies.- Conhecimento nos seguintes SIGPs: Project, Sharepoint, Intranet, PPM (Project and Portfolio Management ) e Visio.- PMBOK, Scrum, ITIL e BPM.

- Responsible for identifying, mapping and coordinating the survey and modeling of processes, providing conditions to promote and implement continuous improvement actions, exploring opportunities and adding value to the business. - Elaboration, mitigation and development of continuity and corporate contingency plans, focusing on the essence of productive processes, with the purpose of maintaining its critical functions, seeking efficiency and effectiveness in response to threats, events and incidents in the organization. - Testing and homologation of process workflow in BPMS suites and ITMS systems, in addition to the elaboration of procedures, norms and policies with the purpose of minimizing the impacts to the Company's business and giving continuity to it. - Managing the change process with ITIL compliance.- Internalization of SOX audit demands.

- Responsible for the creation and improvement of Natural / Adabas systems for Mainframe, besides the requirements survey, analysis, technical specification, planning, testing, implementation and monitoring of systemic projects. - Elaboration of manuals, plans of tests and modeling of the systems developed.

- Responsible for on-site and remote support / support to users, management of supply items, maintenance of computer equipment in general, application of standardized images of operating systems, installation and configuration of computer software, scripting and packages for software installation. - Execution of periodic routine procedures, activation of suppliers and use of techniques to detect and solve problems.

- Responsible for service/support to users, activation of suppliers, installation, configuration, operation and control. of computer equipment and network infrastructure. - Handling Microsoft Office tools.
