Hr Analyst
Current- Receiving, reviewing, classifying and prioritizing reports related to People Service matters (harrasment, misconduct, conflict of interests, and others) using the EthicsPoint (NAVEX) system;- Conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence and relevant information;- Ensure investigations were conducted in accordance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable laws;- Interview whistleblowers, witnesses, and involved parties as required;- Document and organize the investigation processes and findings comprehensively and accurately;- Present results and recommendations to the leadership responsable;- Support in the elaboration of an corrective action;- Provide ongoing support throughout and after investigations to ensure corrective actions were implemented and monitored;- Prepare comprehensive final memorandums detailing the findings and conclusions of investigations;- Report investigation outcomes and recommendations to the international team, ensuring clear communication and compliance with global standards;
