My main priority through BYU Athletics is to create a memorable event and quality experience for all key stakeholders. I specialize in managing all aspects of BYU Men’s Volleyball. This includes video board, sound system, sponsorships, fan experience, social media, and interns. Additionally, I assist in the production of BYU Football and Men's basketball, and all other BYU sports. Through this job, I have gotten to work with amazing individuals, train phenomenal interns, and gain experience in every aspect of sports management. Through these experiences, I specifically learned how to make the most out of everything we have; this includes producing sports on a budget with no in-person fans during COVID-19.

At BYU Athletics, I focus on creating value in experiences and increasing sales. All this happens through planning and executing events, managing game day activities, running in-game promotions, and coordinating with corporate sponsors. I have assisted in fan engagement for BYU Women’s Soccer, helping lead the BYU soccer team to be #1 average attendance in the nation for collegiate NCA Soccer. In addition, I have also executed Men’s Basketball and Football gameday activities to upwards of 12,000 to 40,000 fans. Purchasing a boat is a memorable life decision. Here at BoadCo, I have many roles. My first position is to study the experience of buying a boat and discover new ways that our salesmen can improve the customer experience. By conducting surveys, applying experience design techniques, and interviewing past, present, and potential customers, I can formulate recommendations on how to improve the Centurion boat and the BoardCo sales process. In addition to the sales experience, I educate customers about our products and what best suits their needs. And lastly, I run all the BoardCo social media platforms. These two roles create the desired outcome of improving customer experience in the shop and online.

Seminar Student Intern
This was an amazing experience where I was surrounded by the best managers in the industry. I assisted with the execution of the seminar to ensure that all 300 attendees had the best possible experience. Additionally, I provided service and information to all attendees and managed the Covid-19 check station to ensure that all attendees and workers were healthy and safe. This was a week-long internship where daily tasks included setting up and tearing down large equipment. I helped staff, set up and tear down the attendee registration desk and ensure that daily health checks were completed by attendees. I also compiled detailed notes during educational sessions throughout the seminar. Lastly, I assisted in all other seminar events and including off-site tours and dinner events.
Event Experience Intern
With the Real Monarchs, I assisted in the planning of game-day production and experience. Team Leader
As a team leader I was responsible for leading a team of four interns to research the market on sales courses. We studied the market price, the needs of the consumers, significant trends, and mapping out potential customers. We contacted over 1,100 individuals and companies who are a possible fit for Game Face’s new online sales course. Through this process, my team and I compiled a vast database that can be used when this online sales course goes to market.I specifically took on the task of connecting with individuals and raising awareness of the Game Face Inc. and the upcoming online sales course. After assessing many people, I contacted over 600 individuals whom I thought might potentially be interested in what Game Face has to offer. The benefit of doing this is that forming relationships with more individuals throughout every industry will hopefully lead to those individuals telling their peers about what they have learned. Game Face will benefit from these connections in the future when the online sales course is released, and a significantly larger number of individuals hear of the news.
Camp Counselor
I was responsible for leading 100+ athletes, ages 12-18, throughout the summer.
