Profile bio

About Camille Grimaldi

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At age 12, my family and I immigrated to the United States, seeking for a better, brighter future. Moving to another country has driven me to become a highly motivated, hardworking, and determined woman who strives to take advantage of every opportunity presented to her.Currently, I am a third-year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Florida Honors Program with a minor in Nutritional Sciences. I am very curious about learning new ways to increase the nutritional value of processed foods without changing their flavor or texture. Personally, I am interested in the research and development of new and/or existing food and beverage products. I am looking for a company who shares my same goals of helping improve the health of the general population through nutrition and engineering.
