Last Mile Health works to improve access to—and the quality of—essential healthcare for people living in rural and remote communities. I provide full cycle HR support to a portfolio of teams in both the US and Africa. This support is customized by team, but ranges from thought partnership on recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, team effectiveness, management practices, and performance management.

Managed all aspects of internal fundraising events including the Women’s Breakfast, Spring Gala, and Golf Tournament. Handled the application process and coordination of external events including the Horizons' Boston Marathon team.

Responsible for the coordination of all external community fundraising events and activities as well as our in-kind giving program. Worked with the Director of Events to plan 5 major fundraising events including a Gala, Golf Tournament, and Women's Breakfast. Managed the entire Horizons' Boston Marathon Team. Performed all duties related to the Raisers Edge database. Including data entry, query building, list pulls, donor acknowledgement, and monthly reconciliation with Finance.

Horizons for Homeless Children provides high-quality early education, opportunities for play, and family support services to more than 2,000 homeless children each week in Massachusetts. Provided direct support to the Chief Program Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, as well as the entire programming team (10 people). Assisted the CPO in her daily work, including scheduling; drafting letters, policies, and memos; managing expense reports, and preparing for meetings. Handled all aspects of the building facilities by coordinating inspections and working with various maintenance companies to ensure a safe space for staff and families served by Horizons’ programs.

Venice Family Clinic's mission is to provide quality primary health care to people in need. Their mental health program focuses on the whole person and offers counseling, psychiatric services, and psychosocial support. Worked as a clinic case manager providing resources and support for individuals experiencing poverty, homelessness, unemployment, mental health issues, and domestic violence. Helped patients find housing, obtain benefits, receive addiction services, enroll in adult education classes, and attend counseling sessions

CALM works to help children and families heal from the devastating effects of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Individual, group and family therapy are offered in a culturally sensitive environment. Helped provide childcare for mothers who have experienced domestic violence, attended meetings pertinent to child and family play therapy, and organized the Domestic Violence Curriculum training manual

DVS works to end the intergenerational cycle of domestic violence by providing prevention and intervention services and by challenging society's attitudes, beliefs and behaviors to effect social change. Answered patient calls, cared for incoming clients, and assisted the office therapists. Helped to train new interns in answering crisis calls for our Domestic Violence Hotline

The Dream Foundation is a non-profit organization that delivers final wishes to adults who suffer from a life-threatening illness. Obtained in-kind donations for hotel rentals, booked flights, and collected miscellaneous items for each Dream Recipient’s wish. Worked directly with Dream Recipients, medical officials, and social workers.

Volunteered for a not for profit educational institution with children and infants ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Educated, played, and cared for these children who at times are under-privileged or in a difficult family situation.
