The experience acquired over the last 25 years in the field of the Obesity and Metabolic surgery, of the breast augmentation and Laparoscopic surgery, make myself a key figure for the Obesity – Weight loss, Breast surgery and more in general for the advanced laparoscopic surgery and endoluminal therapy business; The very deep knowledge of the clinical aspects of these pathologies and of all top internationals Key Opinion Leaders facilitate my involvement in first person in all key activities of the company; I assisted as well, the EMEA Brand managers and the USA Product Managers in planning the launch of new devices; I was been the crucial point together with presidents of key world congresses to design scientific program of in depth analysis sessions and round tables (IFSO, ASMBS, ECO, SID, SIO, EASO), in addition to have been the referral person for the entire EMEA sales forces for any kind of sales and marketing, technical or clinical question. I promoted and developed, inside the company, the “scientific” sales strategies in place of the hackneyed commercial ones. My professional skills include all the “business creation” activities, from the identification and selection of national distributors, market preparation and evaluation, professional education, coordination of product registration, building and implementation of a sales plan and a yearly sales budget, monitors of sales activities, analysis and reports on competitor and customer activities in the field.
