I managed multiple improvement projects with building facilities, service contractors, and senior leadership; achieving significant savings and performance enhancements. I also implemented an Agile-based improvement program for area managers that focused on improving strategic KPIs to further enhance their performance. In my role as a Financial Analyst within the multi-family industry, I developed financial forecasting models, fund waterfall mechanics, LP/GP structures, and performed due diligence and underwriting for new acquisitions. As a Construction and Asset Manager I oversaw value add projects, construction budgets, and financial performance of multifamily and other commercial properties. Throughout my roles, I used my expertise in Excel, Word, and other project management software to analyze data, create reports, and communicate data effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
