- Coordination and management of the After Sales network and customers within the areas of expertise (Europe, China and Japan).- Analysis of customer requests, presentation of the technical-economic proposal and purchase order management. - Development of the commercial network and client portfolio through the formulation of sales strategies for After Sales products and services.- Monitoring financial-economic reports by competence areas.- Planning and conducting periodic client visits.

- Account for Chinese market;- Supporting Area Managers through the sale process, keeping commercial contacts with customers;- Drawing up technical and commercial part of the offer, interfacing the Technical Department, Logistics and Legal Department to assimilate missing information;- Keeping contacts with clients, providing them with technical or commercial responses for any kind of pre and sales request;- Dealing with forwarding and checking sales contract drawn up by the customer in collaboration with the Legal Department;- Handling the Purchase Order and interfacing and coordinating with the other Dept. to follow the progresses of the projects (>12 months) ;

I have been working with this industrial retailer while studying which helped me to acquire new experiences and improve my language skills in both Chinese and English.The major part of my job was to translate into Chinese in order to reach out with potential Chinese customers or suppliers. I went on several business trips to China, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanjing, Suzhou and many others. During these business trips I helped with the negotiations both in English and Chinese.
