Per l'azienda Brand Idea mi occupo di social media management, marketing e community management. Svolgo anche piccoli lavori di grafica e di video-editing, di copywriting e di web design.

Durante il mio stage post lauream a Promo PA Fondazione ho avuto l'opportunità di essere parte del team cultura. Ho assistito alla realizzazione di diversi progetti cultural-driven e di sviluppo di capacity building per gli operatori, e non solo, del settore culturale pubblico e privato. Ho raffinato le mie capacità di lavoro di squadra e ho preso il valore della partecipazione alla vita di comunità e di pratiche di cittadinanza attiva.

Assisting the curator, artist and gallery manager Adolfina de Stefani in her own gallery space Visioni Altre, I learned what it really means managing a contemporary art space. The direct/indirect contact with the artists is key to the well-functioning and management of the gallery activities. My role was to manage the website of the Gallery, to write on the different promotional channels in accordance with their different ways of functioning and to follow the main exhibitions' activities (such as creating a catalogue of the artworks, writing the captions, translating the press releases from Italian into English).

To the exhibition A Storm Is Blowing From Paradise at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia, strong cultural mediation and assistance is fundamental to activate the Archive for the public and to establish a real engagement with the exhibition. The archive, made up of 25,000 canvases, needs good organizational and managerial skills. The role played by the team of Archive Assistants becomes fundamental to establish an interaction, an exchange of ideas or to give life to further collaborations. Team work and clear communication is key.
