For 3 years, I was one of the Managing Partners at Clínica FisioSanté, responsible for its administrative and financial management.Starting in early 2017, I identified the need to rebrand and reposition the company, shifting from the concept of a clinic to a health club, and began serving as the sole Director of Fitinless Club, now without no more associates.In May 2018, a partner and I took over the new management of Instituto Biosete, the leading brand in Physical Rehabilitation in Espírito Santo.In May 2019, I became the franchisee for adidas in Espírito Santo and took over the sole operation in the state, located in Vitória.In December 2020, I sold and stepped down from Fitinless Club, a company of which I was the founder and sole partner for 4 years.In May 2021, I opened a new adidas store in Vila Velha, leading the entire development.In 2023, I expanded the Vitória adidas store in May, and in August, we inaugurated the first adidas Originals store in Espírito Santo.At the end of 2023, I sold the operations of the 3 adidas stores that I had led for 4 years in the state of Espírito Santo.With a background in Law from FDV, an Executive International MBA in Business Management from FGV/MMurad in partnership with the University of California - Irvine, and another MBA in Marketing, again from FGV/MMurad, I intend to further expand my knowledge and skills in the managerial field and in the development of new ventures.
