Lead the premiere IBM Technology Sales Acceleration Workshop - an immersive, high-touch educational experience aimed at optimizing sales performance and increasing seller productivity and effectiveness to build the best sales force in the world. Content includes major value selling components from OI, progression and closure. Instructor, SME, sales coach with end-to-end responsibility for the program from planning through to execution as well as ensuring execution resources and a management system are in place to meet objectives. Design, develop and deliver the Sales Acceleration Workshop to centre on applied learning for active IBM Technology sales opportunities, including sales coaching, manager feedback and class management. Work alongside the Americas' market leadership teams to design and deliver appropriate enablement and learning experiences for our sellers and managers.

Leveraged extensive IBM field sales experience to deliver hands-on, face-to-face and online instruction to sales professionals in various capacities. Responsible for developing and executing training plans and content that fit the needs of the IBM Canada Software sales team and ensured impactful rep time out of the field. Lead event teams to plan & deliver various-sized training classes and events ranging from 5-500 attendees and from 1 hour to 1 week in duration.
