- Implementing and supporting the HR policy and tools in the assigned structures;- Monitoring HR processes within given structures, i.e. recruitment, employment, on boarding, staff appraisal, staff development, training, promotions, career paths, succession, dismissals;- Recruitment of managers, designing and implementing organisational changes and optimization- Participating in and implementing the process of evaluation of job positions;- Managing the training budget of the structure, performing training needs analysis, designing development and motivational programmes;- Participating and executing projects related to organisational change within the business area;- Work with managers and employees regarding development of managerial skills and management style aimed at supporting good business results;- Providing managers with help in solving employment issues and recommending actions in line with the labour law.
