• Support clients in a self-directed job search professionally with assessing clients’ needs for more structured assistance • Provide factual employment related information, respond courteously to general inquiries on job search and training programs, and update resource centre information promptly• Create, critique, edit and complete individual, targeted resumes and cover letters with clients• Conduct mock interviews for clients, provide clients with interview feedback and guidance• Facilitate workshops on workplace health and safety, employment standards and occupational decision making and second career information• Deliver orientation presentations in the community to promote employment services • Complete and submit accurate program reporting data to MTCU in timely fashion, and efficiently run monthly statistic reports to indicate program service trends

• Design and develop grade three & four curriculum to build up students language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing with nurturing their desired learning skills and habits• Apply inclusive teaching concepts with treating 20 students each class individually • Create various class activities attractive to students, resulting in their enthusiastic participation • Assess students language learning abilities accurately by providing constructive and individual report cards • Utilize different instructing approaches to ensure students enjoy their learning experience and develop their language skills and cultural awareness• Communicate with parents timely and openly ensuring their children learning happily and successfully
