▪ China NR4 Telematics ProjectDescription – China NR4 regulation was released on Dec. 31st, 2020. Based on the revised and detailed requirements on MTU removal protection, security policy and driver alarm etc., significant changes on HW & SW are conducted and HPM80 is introduced as the new model. Meanwhile, we faced the supplier’s transition from TIZA to SeaLevel. By working closely with the new supplier and internal key stakeholders – including Deere Ag, C&F divisions and Wirtgen, my team has been handing lots of work in parallel to catch up and try the best to complete NR4 program development on time.Key Actions:1. Communicated and aligned on the interpretation of NR4 requirements for the enterprise including Wirtgen.2. Created new part numbers for MTU and antennas, with having supplier 3D models and 2D drawings in place in a short period of time.3. Updated and released SRD (Software Requirement Document).4. Figured out MTU sample quantity needs for machine fit-up for all vehicle platforms.5. Completed risk assessment and lab resource alignment for JDQ testing, based on which testing priorities are decided.6. Prepared JDQ test plan document and MTU software bench validation.7. Designed UI & UX for Ag Web Platform and WeChat Mini Program.8. Identified key deliverables for SeaLevel via the contract preparation.9. Supported the new supplier adding process.Results and Impacts:Although this is still an on-going project, our current accomplishments would be profound for the future success in terms of “On-Time Delivery” and foundation-laying for the forthcoming China localized Ops Center platform. Besides, our team has been collaboratively coordinated all key stakeholders with clearly demonstrating high level engagement, sense of urgency on the project as well as respect of diversity etc.

• Responsible for collaborating with other engineers and analysts to drive design and development within future Smart Agriculture products to meet the requirements and demands of our digital and intelligent solutions in China. Utilized autonomous tractor engineering background and a good understanding of the Smart Ag industry in order to improve current products, processes, and solutions, in order to increase productivity both for the Deere company and for Chinese customers.• Participated in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams in various phases of design reviews. Contributed to technical analysis and design of solutions to improve quality and performance. Evaluated concept designs for Ag Guidance parts using Creo and managing CAD models in PTC, created concept designs for Ag Guidance using Cura in 3D printing.• Took the lead role to develop and adapt product training topics to increase subject matter expertise specific to Ag Guidance, intelligent systems, and product applications. Researched Smart Ag industry within Chinese market and conducted experiment on competitor products to provide technical guidance on product development and performance improvement. Analyzed subsidy data using Python, Tableau, and Power BI in order to drive business intelligence and data visualization.• Collaborated with the Deere aftermarket sales team and field staff members in establishing dealer specific strategic direction related to Ag Guidance availability, Guidance business profitability, and exceptional customer experience. Traveled regionally to conduct after sales follow-up visits with channel partners and/or customers to lead root cause analysis and resolution of product support issues in field.

• Processed and analyzed the operation data, provided supportive decision-making data analytic reports.• Provided support to the Channel Management, Finance Office, and Business Development teams by delivering data, reports and analysis of advertising activities, affiliate management and channel providers.• Worked with R&D team for ongoing platform improvements and demonstrated competency in customer satisfaction improvement.

• Reviewed product specifications and developed test plans for the sensor housing to ensure adequate shock test coverage.• Recorded all accelerometer test data from cow kicking and simulated the shock received in a long periodic time.• Developed and implemented a shock testing jig for reliability tests of the products.
