Currently I am working as Technical Business Analyst and take part in test and analysis processes of Turkcell Superonline CRM Project as a vendor.I also coordinate and direct the team (4 analysts and 1 testers) which is responsible different Corporate Customer services on Turkcell Superonline CRM Project.Understand customer needs, providing functional and technical solutions, analyzing projects and support the team is my primary responsibility.I am involved in the recruitment and onboarding process for technical teams.

Worked as an analyst in Turkcell Orion project which is a transformation of Telco CRM. In Orion Project; it is aimed to implement all functionality of Emptor Telco CRM to Turkcell CRM systems and migrate all data working with Turkcell ICT team. My roles in this project were;- As is impact analysis of web services, workflows and screens in Emptor Telco CRM, documentation of functionality and integration points of them.- Analysis and documentation of Emptor Telco CRM catalog tables. - Design catalog data model and table mappings with reference of Turkcell catalog system (CPCM).
