•Istanbul Facade Rehabilitation Project Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality held the project to improve urban aesthetic in the most distinctive and central parts of Istanbul such as Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. As the project leader of consulting firm, my responsibility was coordinating all aspects of the project to complete the construction promptly and successfully on set period and set budget. The work title includes assembling meetings and presenting the project to inform users, tenants, landlords about the project, encouraging them for participation, connecting participants to institutions, making required revisions on drawings, reporting the process to the municipality and inspecting the construction on site.
