• Managed procurement activities of fresh food (fruit and vegetable, meat, dairy ), frozen, beverages, hot drinks, several dry food & non-food categories and service procurements for whole d.ream group brands with a team of 8 people.• As a one of project leaders of Purchasing and Supply Chain Department leaded and assigned in 4 important infrastructural business process development projects which are aiming to improve operation efficiency and ensure optimization in whole d.ream group.I. Distribution Center Establishment & Management Project: Aims to manage whole d.ream group supply chain operations through 3PL Distribution Center. II. Fruit and Vegetable Platform Project: Aims to ensure standardization both in products and business process with supplying best quality fruit and veg. from field to table and gaining cost saving. III. Sku , Stock & Cost Management Project: Aims to improve monitoring and reporting processes within whole dream group with implementing sku structure and categorization of total products within the ERP system.IV. Consolidated Acquisition Model: This project directed by culinary executive chefs and purchasing department in order to analyse raw materials in terms of organoleptic characteristics and costs. Aims to increase efficiency in purchasing, culinary and operation processes with creating product consolidation across 40 different restaurants concepts.

-Leaded sweet , confectionary, snacks,sugar, flour, olive, pastry products, hot drinks, beverages, alcoholic drinks , milk , dairy and dry food categories.-Developed, implemented and managed purchasing strategies.-Managed defining and implementing of promotion strategies for marketing and sales activities and managed pricing of related categories.-Managed definition and revision of product assortment.-Managed Private Label product development processes.-Assigned in infrastructural process development projects.

-Managed Milk, Dairy, Beverages , Alcoholic Drinks, Perishables (meat ,chicken , bread & egg) and Frozen groups.-Managed purchasing and sales strategies to achieve target profit and turnover growth of the related categories.-Managed definition and revision of product assortment on annual basis by analyzing market trends & consumer needs.-Managed Private Label product development processes (Call for tenders, quality plans, technical sheets, packaging etc.) of related categories.-Managed promotion strategies for marketing and sales activities and managed pricing of related categories.

-Managed P&L of bakery section.-Organized production and inventory, managed orders and stocks.-Carried out the audition of the food department from the point of quality and hygiene and trained more than 50 personnel.
