I'm a professional in the field of shipbuilding and marine engineering, with a strong foundation in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. After completing both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree over six years, I started my career as a Planning and Technical Purchasing Engineer. In this role, I contributed to Norwegian fishing vessel new building projects, gaining valuable experience in project planning and technical procurement over two years.Subsequently, I served as a Quality Assurance Manager in Ontario, Canada. My role focused on the new building of Bay Class SAR vessels and "VLE" Cape Class vessels as part of the "National Shipbuilding Strategy" for the Canadian Coast Guard and Government of Canada. I was also involved in various government-led projects, including landing craft, RHIB boats, and special purpose vessels for different clients. Here, my primary responsibility was ensuring the highest quality standards throughout vessel construction, performing tests and trials to verify readiness for delivery.Currently, I am based in Halifax, NS, working as a Lead Project Engineer. In our firm, we handle a range of turnkey solutions on marine projects, including subsea cabling, cable recovery, desktop studies, and subsea surveys, among other specialized marine operations.
