About Candace Collins

After receiving her BFA in fashion design, Candace set out to start her career in fashion by working for a local designer and learning the ropes of small business and fashion production. She then made the hard decision to leave that promising career path for one that’s more unknown. With her high hopes, dreams and an idea of a company that came to her one late night in college, she started Wonders by Candace M Collins. She believes that a life spent in doing what you want with creativity as your driving force is a happy one. With her passions in fashion, art, and interior design her hope is to make Wonders into a bohemian lifestyle brand that can connect with its customers on multiple levels of their life. Her influences include the freedom and musicality of the 70s, an unconventional (bohemian) attitude toward society and the deep appreciation and awareness of being in a moment and being there for that moment. She wants to connect these major parts of the human experience as a social experiment of some sort and use it as a constant inspiration for Wonders. At the end of the day, Wonders is a state of mind – a state of mind catered to creative living and an awareness of the human existence and the beauty that surrounds it.
