• Responsible for art direction, creative marketing, project management/coordination, branding and promotional campaigns, photography, and social media monitoring to promote and support undergraduate and graduate program awareness, engagement and enrollment for 14,000 students, the main campus and eight extension campuses• Lead a team of five staff members and four student employees in the execution of over 200 projects a year into concrete designs for web banners, flyers, brochures, postcards, catalogs, annual reports, billboards, and advertisements that help increase university enrollment• Provide creative art direction for photography, coordinate staff and talent participation, scout locations/talent, create photography schedules, oversee wardrobe selection, used for print, digital, and web-based items• Manage the conceptual and stylistic direction for marketing campaigns including “Go Away To College, Close To Home” and “Your Degree Is Closer Than You Think”, “LU For Life”, “Like No Other” and “It’s Time”.
