I am a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a B.A. in English and a minor in Technical Writing.I currently work at First Covenant Trust & Advisors as the Development Associate. I coordinate efforts to build new relationships across our retail, professional and institutional audiences. I also cultivate relationships with clients who have named us in a future capacity. I capture and track new leads and prospects for the company alongside creating new marketing strategies to help build B2B relationships. I started out in my role as an Account Manager, where I assisted with administrating around 175 trust and estate accounts. Through that role, I gained experience that I now use in my Development role. I have had experience with computers and technology. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 products including Teams, Publisher, and Access. I also have experience with other programs such as QuickBooks. During college, I was the Public Relations Officer for an ETSU-affiliated organization called Chronic Illness and Disease Awareness. In this role I helped plan organizational events and fundraisers while networking with local businesses to bring awareness of our events. I also started my small business during this time which has provided me with business management experience. I oversee procurement, inventory management, financial planning, as well as marketing and advertising for the business.
