I consistently met annual fundraising targets, securing an average of $1.7 million each year through strategic collaboration with the development team, while also overseeing an annual budget of $7-10 million. I navigated numerous challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, two pivotal university partnership transitions, and a rebranding initiative, ensuring the organization's continued growth and success.

I played a pivotal role in expanding the DC site, doubling cohort sizes, and tripling partnerships with local schools. By fostering key relationships with DC schools, state agencies, and stakeholders, I was instrumental in growing City Teaching Alliance's presence within DC Public Schools, increasing resident placements from 10 to 51 over 5 years. I also worked on developing a comprehensive support structure that enhanced participant experience and contributed to the program's overall growth.

I was nominated for Teacher of the Year and selected to join the Early Childhood Task Force, contributing to high-quality educational practices across multiple campuses. I implemented differentiated instruction, leveraging data to achieve 95% of students meeting or exceeding their ELA and Math learning objectives. I also mentored early childhood educators and led professional development sessions, standardizing rubrics and curriculum maps adopted across five campuses. My leadership improved the consistency and effectiveness of early childhood education across Friendship Public Charter Schools.
