Current• Leads a team of cybersecurity instructors in developing and delivering CompTIA certification courses (A+, Network+, Security+, CYSA+, CASP, and others), ensuring alignment with diverse learner needs and skill levels.• Oversees the creation of tailored instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on labs, enhancing learner engagement and comprehension of IT fundamentals, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.• Conducts individualized coaching for students, equipping them with effective exam preparation strategies and career development guidance in the IT and cybersecurity fields.• Designs and delivers training programs on radio communications equipment, encompassing RF theory, antenna design, modulation techniques, and spectrum management, for both beginner and advanced audiences.• Directs hands-on laboratory sessions to build student proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing radio communication systems and IT systems/ equipment, promoting real-world readiness.• Ensures all instructional practices and training materials complies with industry standards, DoD regulations, and vendor-specific compliance requirements, maintaining high-quality, lawful training operations.• Demonstrates subject matter expertise through live demonstrations and simulations, illustrating real-world cybersecurity and radio communication scenarios to improve learning outcomes.• Evaluates student performance through detailed assessments, practical exams, and project-based assignments, providing actionable feedback to foster skill development and certification success.• Earned recognition for exceptional teaching, technical proficiency, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment that drives student success.• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards in cybersecurity and radio communications, ensuring instructional content and practices met evolving legal, safety, and compliance requirements.
