I am a Realtor licensed in both NC and SC and enjoy working with buyers and sellers, helping them to stage, price and sell their home and then find their dream home. Being a third generation real estate broker, I have grown up in the real estate world, and love the challenges that each day and each different transaction brings. I have earned the designations of Strategic Listing Specialist and Strategic Pricing Specialist as well as the Christie International Real Estate Luxury Specialist to further assist my seller clients with correct pricing strategies to sell their home.I currently own and manage 15 commercial office space rentals in Union Commons Office Park. I have small to large office spaces from one room (150 sf) to 2000 square feet. I enjoy marketing the properties, meeting with potential tenants and sustaining long term tenant relationships, coordinating the maintenance on the properties.In the past I enjoyed the challenge of flipping Gastonia one house at a time. I enjoy taking a distressed property and redesigning it to bring it back to life.
