As a Technology Trainer, Consultant and Coach, my objective is to assist people in many ways to learn and use today's technology. None of us wants to become a Technology Dinosaur but often technology gets ahead of us and leave us in the dust!It can be confusing. I have deep experience (over 20 years) in technology from a training and from the end user perspective. My formal degrees are in education and my recent certification is as at the Expert Level of Microsoft Office 2010.I bring to the table a business perspective (and enjoyment) for solving problems and applying solutions, as well as a technology perspective of using and integrating applications solutions. I am comfortable with various learning platforms from instructor led to online course development in business, community college and public schools settings.
