Employment Manager, Hourly Plant Production & Transportation
Current- Leading a team of 5 high volume recruiters, developing, and executing strategies to meet staffing needs for a 3,500-employee poultry processing plant.
- Overseeing the implementation and administration of HR activities, focusing on staffing, employee retention, policy administration, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with I-9/E-verify regulations, overseeing the process and training HR staff on compliance procedures.
- Developing direct reports to prepare for growth in other areas within the organization.
- Building partnerships with community leaders to increase visibility, resources, etc.
- Collaborating with operations leaders for understanding to develop a candidate success profile to utilize in screening process.
