I am a solutions-focused person — I was part of the efforts to create a hybrid Bilingual Program to drive results to close the gap in learning outcomes for bilingual students.2. I enjoy implementing strategy to solve problems/bottle-necks — I co-created a best-practice guide to help banking assistants and bankers build better working relationships. I also created an office manual to help orient new employees and office interns in a fast-paced photography management studio.3. I enjoy helping others identify their strengths and helping them utilize them to reach their goals — I mentored High School seniors to help them prepare resumes, interviewing skills, and essay-writing to get into their dream college. 4. I enjoy analyzing data — As a teacher I analyzed data on a daily basis to adjust lessons to meet the needs for a variety of learners. I also, analyzed state testing data to help create cooperative small learning groups to improve testing results for bilingual students.5. I am a team player — I worked with fellow teachers on an on-going basis in lesson and curriculum planning to support students across grades. I also worked with fellow administrative assistants across the investment banking division on a special committee to find solutions for assistant-related issues.My professional experience whether in managing a classroom of 25-plus diverse learners or supporting corporate professionals, has equipped me with valuable communication and interpersonal skills as well as an agile sense to adapt to many moving parts with a can-do attitude.
