The site Management Team had suggested a ‘100 Day Safety Challenge’ to regain everyone’s focus on Zero Harm. I pulled together numerous presentations, data packs and fun activities for the site to utilise as part of this challenge, and as a result the site went 6 months without another recordable injury.• Implemented HSEC DMS Release 5.5 to site. Held information sessions with the site Leadership Group and gained the buy-in required. Release 5.5 was implemented successfully on time with zero critical issues and strong engagement from site.
