*Provides excellent service to all customers and sales/marketing personnel.While maintaining a high degree of accuracy and adherence to deadlines, enters customer orders into the company SAP system, estimates delivery dates based on production guidelines, and delivers order verification to customers, salespersons, and other sales management.*Refers customer calls and emails requiring technical support including guidance on what replacement parts to order to the US and Global Service Teams.*Sets up new customers and bill to addresses as necessary and working with the Finance department to accurately set up sales tax codes and credit limits.*Works with the Finance department to manage orders and set customer expectations when there are collections and credit hold issues.*Works with customers, International and US Sales force, other sales management, and the production department to communicate order changes, resolve order discrepancies, and provide shipping information.*Entering RMAs into the company SAP system and ensuring returns are received and processed in a timely manner.*Assists with distribution of sales materials to sales channels.*Understands and executes proper quoting/entry of pricing including the US and International price lists, GPO pricing, IDNs, and other negotiated pricing.*Assist in proper quoting and order entry for US and International.*Assists the Sales Administration Manager with projects and other duties as needed.
