•Coordinate project startups and offer support to multiple Project Managers throughout project duration including scheduling transportation, equipment, subtrades, material management, staffing and safety•Oversee and implement COR safety program including leading safety meetings, conducting inspections and investigations and implementing corrective actions. I also act as the HSE Representative for client meetings and orientations.•Conduct COR annual internal safety audit and conduct external peer audit.•Manage company fleet of over 50 pieces of equipment, trucks and passenger vehicles including scheduling maintenance, logistics, tracking inspection requirements for trucks/trailers, tracking carrier profile, insurance and registration.•Co-ordinate logistics for multiple sites including transportation of equipment, site fixture (site trailers, tool shacks), material shipping and receiving and staff.•Manage staffing including recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientating.•Manage payroll for 20+ employees•Assist with estimating and proposal submissions including obtaining quotes from multiple supplier and contractors, analyzing bid documents and drafting project specific proposals.•Manage yard inventory including ensuring that appropriate quantities of stock are being maintained and continually sourcing competitive pricing from vendors.
