Current•Manages acquisition program support to Infrastructure and Operations Division (Defense Health Agency (DHA)) and PEO Medical Systems/Office of the CIO (J-6) Task Force (Office of Financial Management and Office of Compliance), by providing day-to-day documentation and administrative financial management, acquisition, and project management deliverables; ensuring work is accurately compliant with current policies and agency mission.• Prepares projections of customer requirements for budget… Show more •Manages acquisition program support to Infrastructure and Operations Division (Defense Health Agency (DHA)) and PEO Medical Systems/Office of the CIO (J-6) Task Force (Office of Financial Management and Office of Compliance), by providing day-to-day documentation and administrative financial management, acquisition, and project management deliverables; ensuring work is accurately compliant with current policies and agency mission.• Prepares projections of customer requirements for budget submissions from customer sources, action officers, planning documents.• Monitor contract performance to ensure conformance with contract terms and conditions.• Performs financial analysis of customer tasks and projects from inception to close out.• Assists in writing Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS) and review those developed by the project team for adequacy and compliance with acquisition requirements.• Analyzes financial, procurement, and/or material management factors impacting special tasks or projects to identify program status with detail required for managerial decision-making• Serve as a Delegated Procurement Authority (DPA), utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.government entities and team members.• Assist in developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) and forward procurement documents to the contracting officer.• Perform contract administration from award through contract completion and closeout.• Determine pre-negotiation position and prepare for negotiations or discussion by reviewing audit and technical reports.• Perform pre-award contract activities such as reviewing justification for sole source, market research, solicitation for bids and evaluation of offers• Plan, organize and implement technology-related projects and oversee all aspects of the project life cycle to drive completion on-time and within budget while focusing scope, cost, internal staffing, and contractual deliverables Show less
