Present effective resolutions to customer issues by coordinating with the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Data Operations and Ad Operations teamsTrack incidents and service requests through Jira, ensuring problem ownership and promoting customer satisfaction Collaborate with Support Manager to identify and implement a new categorization taxonomy within Zendesk to ensure more accurate data for reporting trends in customer submitted tickets.Provision and manage user credentials using Okta.Utilize Postman to test and run API calls.Assists with writing and maintaining internal and external support help articles.Provides recommendations for product and platform improvements.
