Managed three diverse groups which supported: 12 Air / Sea processes crucial to daily operations of getting Guests to and from their cruise; reconciliation of payment for cruise and air travel arrangements; modification and creation of documentation processes to ensure passenger transportation logistics requirements were met and revised as needed. Liaison between the Business and IT Developers to provide efficient and user friendly Air / Sea products and processes for agent use.•Managed business requirements, implementation and launch of ChoiceAir, RCCL’s $2M Internet air booking tool, for use by direct guests, travel partners, and internal customer service groups. •Primary point of contact for Global Distribution Travel Industry partners Amadeus and Sabre•Managed Ticketing team of one Supervisor and nine agents ensuring all Air / Sea guests were properly issued their air ticket and cruise document 45 days to sailing. •Facilitated the Financial Recovery and Analysis’ team of one Supervisor and five Specialists weekly reconciliation of all air tickets for Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) and RCCL’s Accounting department.•Supported Corporate / Crew and Hotel teams with hardware and software needs.•Served as focal point for Telecommunications group upon developing and implementing Air / Sea Hurricane Team procedures. Coordinated daily operational back-up with Wichita STAR desk and Miramar office when port offices were closed due to severe weather.•As Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) Manager, provided Corporate Planning with project description and financial justification on new Air / Sea projects that enhanced and streamline Ticketing and Documentation processes.•Assisted upper management during crisis situations by handling emergency transportation for management, GO Team and impacted / injured guests. Secured Charter flights, rebooked guest’s air and provided assistance with securing hotel and ground transportation.
