As the director of annual giving I managed and raised unrestricted funds annually to impact the Annual Fund, the University's area of greatest need. Each year I created an annual plan to outline benchmarks, operational structure, and engagement and communication calendars to work toward the overarching dollar goal. With the help of a dedicated team, I lead Wingate University's One Day, One Dog, the University's annual day of giving and serving. Additionally responsibilities included the management of a graduate assistant and the student call center within the Office of Advancement.

As the corporate sales manager, I was responsible for corporate group revenue generation for seven hotels. My duties included, but were not limited to, handling incoming leads and inquires generated through multiple sales channels, solicitation and pro-active sales forecasting and strategy as directed by the Director of Sales, and conducted site tours with potential accounts. This required an optimum level of customer service to establish and retain exceptional relationships with clients. My goal was to always provide a full-service experience for each and every account.
