Candice is a qualified and practicing attorney with over two decades of legal experience. She was the youngest person to assume a directorship at Eversheds International Law Firm. She was also awarded lawyer of the year for social change at the WEF. She subsequently incorporated Schultz Advisory, a boutique law firm acting for Blue Chip clients specialising in Corporate Law, a firm of innovative thinkers and astute professionals, where the depth of corporate experience, assists in understanding their client’s needs. Providing a full range of commercial advisory services and have also developed specialist practice areas. Schultz Advisory pride themselves in having developed long lasting relationships with their clients through a positive and proactive approach. Her entree into the Private Equity space began during her appointment as a director to an Investment Group, Talis Holdings, where she assisted in facilitating several multi billion Rand projects within the technology, property and infrastructure sector. Due to her passion for mentorship and entrepreneurship she has recently co-founded StartX, a digital platform creating an online ecosystem including a start up accelerator program and success market place for investors to identify opportunities matching their investment mandates, thereby making seed capital accessible to entrepreneurs.She has also personally assisted several young entrepreneurs to reach their business goals and dreams by investing in them both financially and through mentorship.
