I had the pleasure of joining a client Scrum team prior to taking on this role, where I played the role of "developer". This hands-on experience allowed me to shape what Scrum at Jan Kelley might look like. I then socialized the concept with various stakeholders, trained client teams on the framework, and implemented a plan to launch. We're a great example of how you can take the Scrum framework and apply pieces of it that work for your organization, to make it run more efficiently and effectively.
